1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

100% refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled date.

50% refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled 1 day (24 hours) prior to the scheduled date.

No refund will be issued in case of same-day cancellation or failure to show up for the scheduled service.
All refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within the stipulated processing time.
2. Terms & Conditions of Stay
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following terms and conditions must be strictly followed during your stay:

Drinking alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM unless prior permission has been obtained from the management.

Guests must not enter any water body without prior permission, and entry is allowed only with a life jacket and under the supervision of authorized staff.

Plucking of flowers, fruits, or vegetables is strictly prohibited.

Guests are requested to wear appropriate footwear at all times while walking within the property for safety reasons.

Adventure and recreational activities such as Spider Web, Burma Bridge, Dynamic Obstacle Course (DOC), etc., must be undertaken only under the supervision of trained staff.

Children below 14 years of age must always be under adult supervision. The management will not be responsible for unsupervised children.

Guests are requested to keep room doors closed at all times when not inside the room to ensure safety and security.
Failure to comply with the above rules may result in immediate action by management, including cancellation of stay without refund, if deemed necessary for safety or property protection.
